TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• My Sorrento’s is available for local residents living in the Mackay / Whitsunday region with postcodes 4737 – 4820 (inclusive).

• A My Sorrento’s card entitles the card holder to 10% off the total bill including food and drink when visiting Sorrento Restaurant & Bar.

• The card cannot be used for restaurant or bar purchases between 3pm-5pm daily and does not apply to already discounted items including Happy Hour, 2 for 1 Pizzas and other discounted menu items.

• My Sorrento’s card holders are only entitled to automatic entry into monthly member prize draws if you have dined with us that month.

• My Sorrento’s is not a credit card or charge card.

• My Sorrento’s must be presented to receive the card holder benefits. Card cannot be used by anyone else.

• You must be over 18 to use this card. This card is not a form of ID. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or supply liquor to any patron who is unduly intoxicated, disorderly or under 18.

• Cards can be collected from Sorrento Restaurant & Bar, Coral Sea Marina 22 Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach Qld 4802. Photo ID with proof of address will be required to collect.

• Card holders must use responsibly. 

• As a My Sorrento’s card holder, you will receive exclusive offers via promotional and marketing communication via SMS and/or email in accordance with our privacy policy available at www.sorrentowhitsunday.com.

• If card is lost, a $5 replacement fee applies.

• Sorrento Restaurant & Bar reserves the right to remove membership from any card holder if not being used correctly, cease, or change Terms and Conditions at any given time.

• Please note that new signups may take up to 5 days to process.
